		<description>Well, there&#039;s the weird ritual of making someone stand up and &quot;lead&quot; the hymn singing, where by &quot;lead&quot; we mean follow the organ as much as possible unless the congregation starts singing more and more slowly so that you must frantically try to get the organist&#039;s attention so that the leader (sic) can follow the congregation.</description>
